Regarding.
Ref: Lr. No . SBTET/Pre-Exam/CC Cameras/01. Dated: 22/06/2022.
With reference to the subject and reference cited above, in continuation to the instructions issued
earlier to install the CC Cameras both in the EDEP room & Examination
halls and update the Static IP of the College before the examinations of June/July 2022, some of the Polytechnics have not been implemented the instructions till date.
Therefore, all the Principals of Private polytechnics & Engineering
Colleges offering 2nd shift Diploma courses in the state of
Andhra Pradesh are hereby informed that there is no further exemption in this regard and instructed
to submit the compliance report on the installation of CC cameras and static IP on or before 10-11-2022 by 5:00 PM to the mail id: prccxam.apsbtct@gmail.com failing in which the examination center will be canceled without any further intimation.
Further, it is to inform you that all the Principals of Aided/Private
Polytechnics & Engineering Colleges
offering 2nd shift Diploma courses has instructed to make the arrangements to store the CC Cameras footage of the EDEP room
&examination halls, both FN & AN sessions, day wise and have to submit
the same to SBTET, A.P at any time whenever
it requires.
