AP ECET-2016 Registration Fee Payment Procedure

  1. If you choose to make payment using Debit / Credit card mode, be ready with ALL the required mandatory details given below .
  2. Mandatory Details

    I) Hall Ticket number of the Qualifying Examination (Diploma Roll No)

    II) Name of the Candidate & Recent Scanned Photograph & Signature

    III) Candidate s Father Name

    IV) Date of Birth of Candidate

    V) Hall Ticket number of the S.S.C(10th Class)

    VI) Mobile number

    VII) Stream applying for Diploma or B.Sc (Maths)

  3. After entering the details above, Click on the ” Make Payment ” Button and proceed to fill the online application form.
  4. During the payment process don’t click the Back/Refresh buttons or don’t close the browser page abruptly.
  5. After successful payment through Debit/Credit Card, a “Transaction Id” is generated and displayed on the screen. Then proceed to fill the online application by clicking the button “Proceed to fill Online Application Form”.

Note down the “Payment reference number” generated in the next screen before proceeding for payment and also note down the “Transaction Id” generated after successful payment. These two Ids are necessary for future correspondence.

Fill the required details

  1. Hall Ticket number of the Qualifying Examination (Diploma Roll No) – xxxxx(Year,College Code)-xx(Branch)-XXX(Roll No.)
  2. Year Of Diploma Final Year Passing – As per your passed out year – 20XX
  3. Candidate Name – First & Last Name (Surname)
  4. Father Name – First & Last Name (Surname)
  5. Mobile – Your working mobile (For SMS alerts from ECET Convenor)
  6. Date Of Birth – As per your SSC certificate records
  7. SSC or 10 Class Hall Ticket – As per your SSC certificate records .Please check clearly
  8. Fee Amount – 400 (Transaction charges are different for Debit/Credit Card – Rs.4. Internet Banking – Rs. 10.)*
  9. Click On – Make Payment
  10. Then you will be redirected to the payment gateway

11. Select as per you requirement i.e. Credit/Debit Card,Internet Banking

12. Click On – Make Payment

13. Then you will be redirected to Payment Status

14. Please note your payment reference number and payment transaction number for further process of application

15. Click On – Proceed to online application form filling or  at starting page you can find the below option

Note:- Click on above button if you are unable to fill application form after obtaining Transaction ID from Bank and unable to fill and submit application form successfully.

16.Fill payment reference id ,payment transaction id and qualifying diploma Hall ticket numer.

17.Then click on proceed, You will redirect to online form filling page as below

  1. Hall Ticket number of the Qualifying Examination (Diploma Roll No) – xxxxx(Year,College Code)-xx(Branch)-XXX(Roll No.)
  2. Year Of Diploma Final Year Passing – As per your passed out year – 20xx
  3. College Code – Starting of you diploma Hall ticket number last three digits
  4. College Name – Your diploma college name
  5. Branch studied in diploma level – select diploma branch (Choose clearly)
  6. Then the branch test for CET will be automatically selected
  7. Regional Centers – Guntur,Vijayawada,Tirupathi,Vijayanagaram and more – Select as per your convenience
  8. Qualifying Exam For State Counsel of TS and AP
    1. Identification Number – Your diploma Hall Ticket number
    2. Year of passing –  As per your diploma passed out year – 20xx
  9. SSC or 10 Class Hall Ticket – As per your SSC certificate records .Please check clearly
    1. Annual – For the first time pass
    2. Supplementary – For the supplementary
  10. Place of study SSC
    1. Rural
    2. Municipality/Corporation

11. Please fill the required personal details

  1. Candidate Name – As per SSC records/certificate
  2. Mother/Father’s Name – As per SSC records/certificate
  3. Date Of Birth
  4. Gender
  5.  Category (SC, ST, BC etc.) The Caste Certificate issued by the MRO / Competent Authority
  6.  Select If – Special Category
  7. Local Status (AU/OU/SVU/ Non-local) by MRO or Competent Authority
  8. Minority Community – Please refer your cast certificate
  9. Income of Parents (Income less than Rs. 2.0 The Income certificate issued by 7. lakhs or more than Rs. 2.0 lakhs) MRO / Competent Authority

12. Please give your correct address,mobile number,Email Id – For getting rank card/or any correspondence/SMS alerts.

13. Please upload your recent photograph and signature

14. Then click on preview

15. You will be redirected to preview page and ensure that all you given details are correct or modify the same

16. Then click on submit. After submitting you will receive a SMS to your registered mobile number.

17. Take print of  your Online system generated application. Preserve for further use.
