With reference to the subject cited above, all the Principals are requested to deposit the amounts collected from the students at the earliest towards the Diploma Fee payment through online. The procedure of depositing the fee is as follows:
- The procedure of payment of fee for individual candidate is same as previous and there is no change.
- A link Online Multiple Payments(HLC) is provided in the HOS login of DOFP Portal in <ONLINE APPLICATION>. Click on that link opens a screen containing the PINs for which the fee is paid from the Polytechnic, verify and select all the PINS. All the pins can be selected at once by a click on a check box in the header. The screen will appear as shown below:
- After selection click on the button Total Amount shown in the screen below:
- It displays the amount to be deposited towards the fee payments made by the polytechnic for the selected PINs as shown in the screen below:
- Click on Make Payment button will take you the Payment Gateway portal as shown below:
- Click on submit will display the following screen:
- Select <Internet Banking Option>make the payment very similar to the online transaction through internet banking.
- The pre-requirement is the collected fee amount is to be deposited into any bank account having the internet banking facility and the account holder can do this transaction.
- Once the transaction is completed the pins in the Online Multiple Payments(HLC) will be disappeared and the pins will appear in the studentpaid report.
Note: Pl. follow the above procedure for depositing the amount collected towards the diploma examination fee and if any institution deposited the amount directly in the Secretary’s account, no need to worry, it will be resolved soon.
